I created this wedding cake for my beautiful niece in Adelaide! She wanted a 5 tier wedding cake that was both simple and elegant in style. The wedding cake was a white mud cake made with fresh vanilla bean, filled with whipped vanilla bean butter icing. I decorated it with silk ribbons and fresh flowers keeping in line with her wedding colour theme. Happily she was very impressed with the finished cake and it was enjoyed by everyone at her wedding.
