Awesome Dinosaur Cake & Unicorn Cake.
This was another fun set of cakes to make for a brother and sister in Mackay. I made the terrifying T-Rex from chocolate crispy treats covered in fondant icing.
Both cakes were made with vanilla sponge, chocolate ganache and butter-cream filling. I used fondant icing to decorate the outside of the cakes.
I was pleased to hear that these siblings were very happy with my birthday cake creations.
