Christmas Cakes (made by Mackay Cakes)

Tis the season to be jolly!  It’s always a joy to make Christmas cakes.  As I only get to do this once a year I really look forward to adding that Christmassy feel to my cakes with fun and festive Christmas decorations using those iconic Christmas colours of red, green, white and gold.  I don’t just create Christmas cakes for the lovely people of Mackay but I also make Christmas cupcakes and lollies which make an amazing Christmas Lolly Buffet.
